1. The name of the Company is
BINTANG MIRAI SDN BHD. 2. The Registered Office of the Company will be
situated in Malaysia.
3. The objects for which the Company is established
are:-
(1) To carry on the business of corporate training and coaching for
individuals, communities, and corporations in the areas of interpersonal skills,
language training, cultural and self-awareness, personal growth, virtuous
character development, change management, effective communication,
team-building, leadership, and career guidance.
(2) To carry on the business
of real estate property and housing development investment; to buy or lease
land, to create sell, and deal in freehold and leasehold ground rents, and to
make advances upon the security of land or house or other property, or any
interest therein, and generally to deal in, traffic by way of sale, lease, let,
sublease, acquire, dispose of any real estates, lands, buildings, easements,
house property and any other property whether real or personal and to carry on
all other businesses incidental thereto.
(3) To carry on any trade or
business whatsoever which can, in the opinion of the Directors, be
advantageously conducted by the Company in connection with or as auxiliary to
the general business of the Company.
